The popular fundraiser for UNLV is expanding to include its first ever BAR-b-q Brunch.

Tickets are on sale now for UNLVino’s new brunch which will focus on mixed cocktails and farm-to-table, gourmet offerings from top Las Vegas chefs.

The event will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21 at the Keep Memory Alive Events Center at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Celebrity chefs, including Scott Conant of Scarpetta, Angelo Sosa of Poppy’s Den and Gustav Mauler of Spiedini will showcase signature dishes. There will also be food from Charlie Palmer Steak, Diego, Fiamma Trattoria & Bar, Mundo, Shibuya and Todd English P.U.B.

The drinks, which will be served at three bars around the event, will be created by renowned mixologist Francesco Lafranconi. Commonwealth will also provide some of its signature classic cocktails.

Tickets to the event are $100 in advance and $125 at the door. They are on sale now at UNLVTickets.com.

The entire UNLVino event starts Thursday, April 18 with Bubble-Licious at the Venetian. There are also sake tastings at The Mirage and the Grand Tasting at Paris Las Vegas. Tickets to all those events are available through UNLVTickets.com.
