Metro Police are looking for a man believed to be responsible for one robbery and one attempted robbery in the past month.

According to police, the first incident happened in the area of South Las Vegas and Charleston boulevards. The man walked into a store in the area at around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police said he simulated having a gun and demanded merchandize. The employee did not comply and the man left without anything.

The second incident did end with the man getting some money. Just before 3 a.m. Tuesday, the man walked into a store near Rancho Drive and Alexander Road, simulated having a weapon and demanded money, police said. This time the clerk gave him money and he fled after getting it.

The man police are looking for is described as a white man his 40's. He is between 5 foot 8 and 6 foot 3 and weighs between 150 and 170 pounds. He has a moustache. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, which was under a black jacket, and blue jeans.
