Third Teen Charged as an Adult in Auto-Buyer Slaying
Crime

A third Las Vegas teenager is being charged as an adult in the robbery-slaying of an auto salvage worker who police say was shot dead after being lured to a northwest Las Vegas neighborhood thinking he was buying two cars.

Court records show that Jourdon Foger Holmes faces murder, robbery and conspiracy charges in the March 1 slaying of 44-year-old Wallace David Zarza. Holmes turned 18 a week after Zarza was found shot dead on Ellingson Drive.

An aide to Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson says 15-year-old Tyler John Ashley is facing similar charges as an adult, along with co-defendant Daniel Jarod Goodman. Goodman is 18. He was arrested March 8 at Bonanza High School.

It's not immediately clear if Holmes has a lawyer.
