Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life will be celebrated with the “Living the Dream” Young Choreographer’s Showcase Sunday.

The free showcase starts at 3 p.m. at the West Las Vegas Library Theatre, 951 W. Lake Mead Blvd. The music and dance presentation will feature members of the Las Vegas Youth Council and Trinity Dance Academy. The performance is appropriate for all ages. The doors to the theatre will open at 2 p.m. Video of some of Dr. King’s speeches will be played while people are being seated. While the event is free and open to the public, seating and parking are limited. Those interested are encouraged to arrive early to secure a parking spot and seat in the theatre.
